Meet Adam Spillman

Student of life, Teacher, Consultant, Speaker, and Human who leads with compassion. Helping you train the mind and body to enhance the way you experience life.

To truly cultivate healing and build meaningful momentum, we must first master the art of slowing down.

This concept may seem fringe and against the grain in this fast-paced and technologically advanced world.

However, the mind and body are trainable.

One step at a time, and one breath at a time, we develop our own personal relationship with these tools and teachings—slowing down our internal landscape and gaining back control over our human experience. As modern science catches up with these ancient practices, we gain a deeper understanding of the wisdom that is already within us.

In 2019, after receiving a cancer diagnosis that gave him one week to live without treatment, came the true foundation of Adam’s knowledge. It comes from a raw, unfiltered, life-changing experience—facing death at the age of 30. Where modern science didn’t have answers, he filled the gap with Eastern philosophy.

Adam is now a sought-after educator and consultant specializing in health and human performance. With years of experience, he brings a unique, integrative approach that blends science-backed methodologies with practical, real-world insight. Adam works with a diverse range of clients — from parents, schools, and healthcare professionals to corporate leaders, and world-class Red Bull athletes. His expertise is trusted by those at the forefront of wellness, performance, and action sports. Adam’s mission is to empower individuals and organizations to achieve sustainable well-being and peak performance through education, movement, and mindset.

Welcome to Yoga Samadhi Columbia Gorge, a bright & spacious yoga studio located in downtown White Salmon, offering yoga, meditation, breathwork, workshops, retreats and yoga teacher trainings for the whole community.
